okpl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "okpl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the okpl platform accessible at okpl.app.
• "Platform" means the okpl website, all game software, payment systems, and related services accessible at okpl.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers an account with okpl and accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the okpl Platform.
• "Balance" means the current PHP funds held in a Player's okpl Account, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified by okpl.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before full account access is granted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority of the Philippines.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency used on the okpl Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary agreement by a Player to restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the okpl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with okpl's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and okpl.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an Account or use any part of the okpl Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the okpl Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You are a resident of or are currently physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or participating in online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of okpl, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, in respect of any promotional participation.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether issued by okpl or any other recognised gambling operator or authority.
• You have not previously had an okpl Account terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

To access real-money gaming services on the okpl Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all okpl Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation or use of more than one Account by the same individual — regardless of name, contact details, or payment method variations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify okpl support immediately at [email protected]. okpl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any associated Balance with any other party.

okpl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and on a risk-assessed basis for deposits above certain thresholds.

Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence
• Social Security System (SSS) Card or UMID Card
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

okpl may additionally request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name) and, in higher-risk cases, source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. okpl processes KYC submissions within 2–4 business hours under standard conditions.

The following conditions govern all deposits made to the okpl Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 PHP. No maximum deposit limit applies for standard accounts; higher-tier VIP accounts may have modified limits as communicated to the player individually.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. okpl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, regardless of relationship to the account holder.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at okpl's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposited funds are credited to your okpl Balance upon confirmed receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfers credit within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking operations.
• okpl does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.
• okpl reserves the right to return any deposit and close an Account where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other violation of Philippine financial crime legislation, without prior notice.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests from the okpl Platform:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. No maximum withdrawal limit applies for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that are verified in the account holder's own legal name. okpl does not release funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalised.
• okpl targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests: GCash and PayMaya — under 15 minutes (24/7); Philippine bank transfers — 1 to 3 hours during standard banking hours.
• okpl may conduct additional security review of withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are made to a newly added payment method, or are flagged by automated fraud-detection systems. Such reviews are conducted promptly and players will be notified if documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be declined until the wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• In the event of an account dispute, okpl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending resolution of the dispute. Players will be notified in writing of any such hold.

All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by okpl are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal use by the eligible registered account holder only. Systematic or coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts or in collaboration with other players is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full using real-money funds before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• okpl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a player has already claimed an active bonus, the terms applicable at the time of claiming will apply for that specific bonus cycle.
• Bonus credits expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Wins generated using Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the individual promotion. Players should review individual promotion terms before claiming.
• okpl reserves the right to withhold or cancel Bonus Funds in cases where there is reasonable evidence of exploitation, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All games on the okpl Platform operate under the following conditions:

• Digital (RNG) games use certified random number generation technology verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP figures are accurate at the time of certification and may vary between game sessions within statistically expected parameters.
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed and regulated studios. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio's own certified ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — disconnection, software error, or system failure — during a game session, okpl will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake may be returned to the player's Balance at okpl's discretion. Game session records are maintained for a minimum of 12 months.
• okpl prohibits the use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of or in addition to a human player. Detection of such use results in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance associated with the affected sessions.
• Players may not exploit any bug, loophole, or unintended system behaviour for financial gain. Any winnings identified as resulting from such exploitation are void and subject to reclamation.

okpl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to players and the wider community. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all okpl accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set session duration notifications. Once the set duration is reached, the player will receive a notification and may choose to continue or end the session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months through their account dashboard or by contacting support. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot access any real-money game or service on okpl.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion at any time by contacting okpl support. Self-exclusion is implemented within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any attempt to re-register during a self-exclusion period will result in immediate Account closure.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides automatic session duration reminders to assist players in monitoring their gaming time.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the okpl Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, whether through deposits, game play, or withdrawal patterns, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool to exploit game outcomes or circumvent Platform security.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions after using deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okpl staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

okpl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, void any associated winnings, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. Material violations may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the okpl Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, written content, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of okpl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or software.

okpl collects, processes, and stores personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The collection of personal data is necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

By registering with okpl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okpl Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. The Privacy Policy details the categories of data collected, how data is used, how long it is retained, and the rights available to you as a data subject under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpl's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

okpl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or the actions of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute relating to your okpl Account, game outcomes, payment processing, or the interpretation of these Terms, the following resolution process applies:

1. Initial Contact: The Player must first contact okpl support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. okpl will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with okpl's initial response, the matter may be escalated to a senior complaints officer by requesting escalation in writing. A final position will be issued within 10 business days of escalation.
3. Regulatory Referral: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through okpl's internal process, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

Game outcome disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes regarding financial transactions must be raised within 90 days of the relevant transaction date. okpl will not entertain disputes raised outside these timeframes except where required by applicable law.

okpl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — okpl will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where the Player has a registered email address, by direct email notification.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory direction, may take effect immediately upon publication. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the okpl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over gaming matters.
